Our mission is to
share, promote and instill in you the safest, most effective and most efficient
training methods available today. Although Kettlebell training is our
specialty and main discipline, we also implement various functional training
modalities that have been used by everyone from top athletes to the general
public for hundreds of years right up to today.
You will understand why you are
training this way and how it benefits you on a daily basis. Our society is in
harm’s way, with sedentary living being the norm. Our purpose is to reverse the
ill effects and disease that afflicts most people from school children to our
older population.
